1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between YNRS Business Solutions, (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the client (referred to as "you" or "your") for the provision of web development services (the "Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Scope
2.1. We will provide web development services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional services or changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
2.2. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee a specific completion date.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. You agree to provide all necessary materials and information required for the project in a timely manner.
3.2. You will designate a point of contact for project communication and approvals.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment terms and amounts will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins.
4.2. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur penalties or project delays.
5. Project Revisions
5.1. We will provide a reasonable number of revisions based on the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
5.2. Major changes to the project scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
6. Project Ownership
6.1. Upon final payment, you will own the completed project. Until final payment is received, we retain ownership of all project materials.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep any sensitive or confidential information shared during the project confidential.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. In such cases, all fees for work completed will be due.
9. Liability
9.1. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the project. It is your responsibility to ensure that the project complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation.
11. Governing Law
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and the most recent version will be applicable to your project.
