   • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if the client decides to discontinue the project after work has commenced.

3. Refund Process:

   • To request a refund, clients must contact our support team within 7 days of the service delivery date.

   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Domain registration fees, hosting charges, and third-party software licenses are non-refundable once purchased or renewed.
